This class is designed to calm and balance your senses to release stresses and tensions. A gentle stretching practice incorporating meditation and breath-work using mindfulness, relaxation and various spiritual techniques helping to create calmness within. If you have been struggling with anxiety, fear, body image, self-esteem, financial woes or negative/self-sabotaging thoughts/patterns, this class will relax the body and mind transforming those thoughts into positivity refreshing your senses and leaving you feeling peaceful and calm and on track to enjoying YOU. This class can be done in a chair or seated on yoga blankets. Calm your mind, gently stretch and settle your body and find a softer focus to your day.

A creatively, individualized workout, focusing on mind and body, that provides a range of low impact activities and purposeful movements that will assist in toning, stability and strengthening your core. Challenging yet geared to your individual fitness level. Session will conclude with mind release through meditation. Suitable for all levels.

Distance Reiki works the same as an in-person Reiki session except that the person receiving Reiki is not in the same room. Reiki is directed energy and Distance Reiki works according to the Hermetic Law of Similarity, which holds that we are all connected, as we are all energy matter and part of a larger whole. Sessions are held using various techniques. Envision your practitioner skipping a stone into a lake. The ripples are healing energy and they meet you at the shore..In Distant Reiki, it is the practitioner’s intent and focus to send the energy to the client, and that person’s willingness to receive it, that makes it work.
