Psoas I was saying- Why is the psoas muscle so important

The psoas muscle is located in the lower lumbar region of the spine and extends through the pelvis to the femur. This muscle works by flexing the hip joint and lifting the upper leg towards the body. A common example of the movement created from this muscle is walking.
It is the deepest hip flexor and sometimes mentioned as the strongest.

So many people have tight psoas muscles and don’t know those are the muscles causing the lower back pain or glute or hip pain..

You can not release it mainly by stretching.

I am studying the psoas muscle group and how important it is to the body.. It is the only muscle that connects the upper extremity to the lower extremities of the body.

Muscle balance is key to a healthy body.
The psoas group is one of the most neglected muscle groups and also one of the highly used muscle groups in your body.

It is very personal to have massaged and released..

Call today and I will work with you during several sessions to help release the chronically tight psoas group of muscles.
